Hospitality is not at all good. Very negative environment i have experienced for unmarried couple. Manager had to call me everyday for checkout, i dont know if he is calling every person everyday for checkout where is booking was already made for few days. Which is terrible. Hope i would never to go to this hotel. I wish to have my last visit is last for me

I booked a room for 3 person and get only double bed. They have just provided a single mattress on the floor for 3rd one. Room service was very pathetic and even washroom kit was not available. Someone can explore much better stay options then this hotel on same price anywhere in haldwani.

Very bad experience, lift was out of service, allotted rooms on second floor, paneer used in pakoda was too hard and bad in quality. I cannot recommend anyone for staying in this hotel.

Food taste is pathetic, no hot water, response time is bad, no towel available in my room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Food is amazing! the rooms however need some renovation (washroom included) as the property is old + lighting. Rest all the stay was very comfortable and i’ll recommend to guests looking for moderate budget good staying options.

Nice cozy stay, property is well maintained esp the 2nd floor with internal garden, spacious & clean rooms. Room service is also fast. Food quality is also good. The hotel is situated at the center of the city and well connected to taxi stand, bus stand and railway station.
